Internet on safaricom is very fast and reliable, they deserve to be commended for that but i would like them to revise their rates such that the common man can afford internet connectivity and also focus on reaching rural areas, even come up with a way of redusing internet costs depending on whether your in a rural or urban area since Nairobi has only 3 million people while the rest of the country has 37 million.
I've been displeased with the safaricom services for a while now.Yesterday, i wanted to sambaza some airtym to a friend using the sambaza option on the safaricom menu coz i wasn't sure of the shortcut method.I got a message from safaricom telling me the format is incorrect. If it's incorrect, then they should put a right formart on their menu so that the customers can use. Not so many people know the shorthand method of sambazaing.Plus some of the messages from safaricom are pretty long, they come in as two messages and fill up my inbox every now n then.I'm also displeased by how they remind people when to pay the okoa jahazi debt.A friend of mine's line was disconnected because she didn't pay the debt. Her line was restored after she cleared the debt. Safaricom, pull up your socks!!!
thanks to safaricom for developing kenyans communication,we really apreciate to be associated with you.bigups to michael joseph for better management .many kenyans are daily bread winners through safaricom like employed in your branches,M-pesa.thanks also for joining kenya with lest of world at reduced charges.we are pround of your services.go!go1go!
niko na safaricom lakini navumilia kuwa nayo. Atleast they should lower their call rates to about 1= per minute. Their call rate is high when calling to other networks.
thanks to safcom for the better services they offer to us but their call rates are high as in the new tariffs they come up with every now and then, kudos to them, we all understand that they want to fight in the share market, but what of common mwananchi who live up country? soo sad about this and something should be done.
Safaricom should do its best in improving its services because with the posting of billions in profit where does all the money go. Congrats though for the upgrade of M-pesa and review of its limits and credit buying transactions. Bt Safaricom is just too expensive when it comes to cals n data. And pliz notify a subscriber if they hav active subscriptions, esp Free Sms subscriptions.
I have been a subscriber since 2002, and I believe I've seen the best of safcom days. and they're over. Woe to those simple minded kenyans who get jazzed (rather, fooled) by wonderful voices and beautiful sceneries in the name of patriotism and advertising. In the end, what matters is SERVICE DELIVERY. Safaricom is not an advertising agency, hence advertisements are not their core business. There's a myriad of things to complain about safaricom, from tarrifs, voice quality on calls, signal strength, customer care, etc, etc. If Safcom can concentrate more on delivering these, Kenya will be a much better place.
Ok....Safaricom has done it again! Just when we thought that 'fight' from the competition was too hard to beat....You appealed to our patriotic side.
I mean who can beat that?! The TVad beautifully sells Kenya as THE perfect place to be. I think the tourism board of Kenya should borrow a leaf from Safaricom. Or better still...'porch' the Safaricom Marketing team. Congrats safcom. The leading service provider in Kenya. Don worry about the fight against you guys you still on top..
They have upped their game especially with the introduction of supa ongea and sms crazy keep up the good work.
